Supervisors are responsible for the training of custodial employees and instilling within, a sense of workmanship pride. Training consists of industry formatted video programs, practical applications with in-house models, and supervised field training. After the initial training stage, employees are kept abreast with periodic in-service training. Office/restroom cleaning, OSHA regulations, security and floor maintenance are a few topics addressed in training sessions.
